We are hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end staffing delivery for US clients and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters in a structured, KPI-driven environment.
This role requires strong operational ownership, the ability to run delivery with discipline, and experience managing recruiting teams while ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines and successful placements. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle while maintaining strong ATS/CRM hygiene and delivery cadence.
Key Responsibilities
Staffing Delivery Ownership
Own the end-to-end staffing lifecycle including job intake, role calibration, sourcing strategy, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding/start management.
Partner with BDM/Account Executives and clients to understand role requirements, align compensation expectations, and define closure strategies.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
Ensure submission readiness with complete candidate profiles, recruiter notes, and clear candidate positioning.
Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops, follow-ups, and candidate engagement until offer closure.
Support offer negotiation, reduce drop-offs, and ensure smooth joining assurance.
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
Lead and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters, ensuring accountability and delivery discipline.
Allocate requisitions strategically and define weekly targets and performance expectations.
Coach the team on sourcing strategies, screening frameworks, and recruiting best practices.
Build and improve recruiting SOPs, playbooks, templates, and screening frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.
Manage escalations such as candidate drop-offs, interview delays, and client communication gaps.
Pipeline Management & Process Discipline
Maintain strong ATS discipline (Crelate preferred) and ensure proper stage movement and candidate documentation.
Track pipeline progress and outreach activities through CRM tools such as Pipedrive.
Run weekly delivery cadence including pipeline reviews, requisition reviews, and KPI tracking.
Ensure compliance with client documentation, onboarding requirements, and internal process standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1012 years of experience in US staffing delivery or recruitment operations
Strong experience managing end-to-end staffing lifecycle
Prior experience leading recruiting teams
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and job boards
Strong operational discipline with ATS/CRM systems
Ability to manage delivery in a high-performance, KPI-driven environment
Comfortable working in US timezone and in-office Hyderabad setup
Preferred Background
Experience working with reputed staffing firms such as Randstad, Adecco, ManpowerGroup, Allegis/TEKsystems, Insight Global, Apex Systems, Kforce, Robert Half, Kelly Services or similar firms
Experience in Energy, Manufacturing, Corporate, or Healthcare staffing
Understanding of contract staffing models (W2 / 1099 / C2C) and VMS/MSP environments
Strong reporting and analytics mindset using Excel or dashboards
