About the Role

ToggleNow is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across various technical and business domains. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
  • Drive hiring across SAP and other technology domains.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, social media, job portals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct candidate screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, offer acceptance ratio, joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to facilitate seamless onboarding.
  • Generate hiring reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics for leadership review.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience hiring across technical and professional services roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology-driven organizations.
  • Exposure to ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
