Role - Recruitment Manager
Job Purpose
High-level efficiency, strategic alignment of recruitments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Sales, Operations, Tech, Marketing and Support roles,
Workforce planning with business heads
Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche hiring
Ensure structured screening, interviewing, and selection process
Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and joining conversions
Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics.

Education, Experience and Competencies:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Business Administration.
Experience
