European Projects – International Staffing (1 Position)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our international recruitment initiatives, specifically managing talent acquisition and placement for European destinations. This is a key leadership role in our expanding European staffing division.
POSITION DETAILS:
Position : Recruitment Manager – European Projects
Number of Posts : 1 (One)
Location : Mumbai, India
Target Regions : Poland, Romania, and other European destinations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for European projects and assignments
- Source, identify, and qualify skilled workers and engineers for placement in European destinations (Poland, Romania, and other EU countries)
- Coordinate with international immigration consultants and handle visa documentation, work permits, and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with European clients, partners, and employment agencies
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for emerging European markets
- Manage candidate screening, interviews, background verification, and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa regulations, and employment standards
- Coordinate pre-deployment processes including medical check-ups, certifications, and documentation
- Track recruitment metrics, KPIs, and report on placements and pipeline
- Manage team of recruitment professionals and coordinate with HR and operations departments
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- 15+ years of overall experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Minimum 2-3 years of specialized experience in recruiting and placing workers/engineers to European destinations
- CRITICAL: Previous work experience in one of the following:
- Direct experience recruiting and placing technical workers/engineers/skilled labor for European companies/projects
- OR Working with international immigration consultants/agencies handling visa documentation, work permits, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of European labor regulations, visa requirements (Schengen, work permits, Blue Card, etc.), and employment compliance
- Proven track record of successful placements and client satisfaction in international staffing
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in other European languages is advantageous
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment databases
- Leadership skills with ability to manage team and coordinate cross-functional efforts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience with Oil & Gas, Construction, Power, or Infrastructure sector placements
- Knowledge of technical certifications and skill requirements for European placements
- Experience with temporary staffing, contract labor, and contingent workforce management
- Exposure to international payroll outsourcing and compliance processes
- Must have a Master's degree in any discipline
