  • Foundever is hiring for Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition (Frontline / Bulk hiring/ Volume Hiring) - Mumbai
  • Candidate should be from International BPO background (Frontline hiring)
  • Total Exp. - 14+ years
  • Relevant Exp. - 1+ years (Senior Manager)
  • Handled a team of Managers, Deputy Managers, Assistant Manager & Team Leads
  • Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
  • Vendor Management, Sourcing and Employee Referral Team
  • Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 100% Fill rate
  • Must be comfortable with Work from Office
  • Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts

  • Any Graduate
