This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Manager will oversee and execute the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, design strategic recruitment plans, and identify ideal candidates who align with both the skills required and organizational culture. The manager will also build strong professional relationships, leverage data-driven strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, and Recruitment Coordination
• Ability to build effective recruitment strategies and strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Candidate Screening, Interviewing, and Selection
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the legal industry is preferred
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, databases, and software
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and recruitment projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
