This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager based in Bengaluru. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring decisions. This role also involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies. The Recruitment Manager will contribute to building a strong team by identifying top talent and fostering efficient hiring practices.

• Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Recruitment Strategy
• Experience in Screening, Interviewing, and Candidate Evaluation
• Skills in Employer Branding and Stakeholder Communication
• Knowledge of HR Compliance, Talent Retention, and Recruitment Metrics
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment is essential
