Necesera is scaling quickly, and we're looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager to help us build the team behind the brand. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, can close roles fast, build simple and effective systems, and help shape a culture that feels as good as our products.

• Own end-to-end hiring across teams — from creative and e-commerce to operations
• Build and streamline HR processes, policies, and people systems as we scale
• Work closely with founders to plan org structure and hiring priorities
• Support employee engagement, performance cycles, and compliance
• Be a trusted point of contact for our growing team

• 3–6 years of experience across recruitment and HR
• Proven ability to hire in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
