Experience: 58 years in BPO/BPM hiring with strong team-handling experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sourcing team focused on high-volume BPO voice & non-voice recruitment.
- Develop robust sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets across multiple clients.
- Use job portals, social media, internal databases, and referral programs to create a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Own end-to-end sourcing performance, including funnel management, TAT, offer-to-joining conversion, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align sourcing plans.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior sourcers to enhance productivity, sourcing depth, and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, track data metrics, and optimize sourcing processes using reports and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, documentation, and client SLAs.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong expertise in BPO hiring, especially mass sourcing for customer support, chat, blended, and technical support roles.
- Proficiency in job boards, Boolean search, bulk sourcing methods, social hiring, and talent mapping.
- Experience leading a sourcing team with a focus on performance, quality, and productivity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of hiring metrics, dashboards, sourcing funnel, and SLA-driven recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sharp deadlines and large hiring volumes.
