About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Non-IT
recruitment, preferably from a consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate
relationships, and leading recruitment initiatives to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various domains.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels (job portals,
networking, referrals, etc.).
Conduct interviews and coordinate with clients/hiring managers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the team.
Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.
Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and compliance standards.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with consultancy exposure.
Strong understanding of Non-IT domains, roles, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Educational Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
