Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT
Manage recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring metrics
Maintain employer branding and candidate experience
RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3–6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in solar, EPC, or manufacturing industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Benefits• MBA in HR (preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in Recruitment, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in solar manufacturing, Solar EPC/Solar IPP companies is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
