About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and drive Non-IT and Bulk Hiring initiatives for our US staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, developing effective recruitment strategies, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering high-volume hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment to maximize productivity and engagement.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for Non-IT and bulk hiring requirements across multiple domains.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and clients to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while ensuring quality and turnaround time expectations are met.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and database mining to identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, team performance, and hiring progress to ensure delivery against targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and recruitment best practices.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, performance dashboards, and hiring updates to senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 4 years of team management experience.
- Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment and bulk/mass hiring environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive team performance.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and sourcing technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in US staffing/recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and commitment to achieving hiring goals.
