Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Noida, India

Department: Recruitment / Staffing

Experience: 38 years in Business Development for Recruitment/Staffing

Market Focus: UK, Ireland, Europe, Middle East (EMEA) & US Recruitment Markets

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager from the recruitment or staffing industry, who has hands-on experience dealing with UK (EMEA) & US clients, generating business pipelines, and managing end-to-end client acquisition. The ideal candidate should come with a strong understanding of international recruitment processes, compliance, and requirements for UK ,EMEAand US staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the UK, EMEA and US recruitment/staffing markets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Present company capabilities and pitch recruitment solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Understand client requirements, hiring patterns, and workforce demand.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment delivery teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and consistent repeat business.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze hiring trends in UK, EMEA and US markets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to position the company as a trusted staffing partner.
  • Stay updated with compliance, visa rules, and legalities affecting international hiring.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly BD targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with all BD activities.
  • Prepare periodic business reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of BD experience in recruitment or staffing agencies.
  • Proven experience handling UK/ Europe/US clients (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of IT, or specialized recruitment verticals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Experience with CRM, ATS, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong LinkedIn networking and sourcing skills.

Preferred Background

  • Candidates currently working in staffing companies, RPOs, or recruitment consultancies.
  • Experience selling contract staffing, permanent hiring, or RPO solutions to global clients.
