About the Role
Impetus Consultants is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead delivery across multiple clients, manage a team of recruiters, and drive closures across senior & Leadership level mandates. The role requires strong stakeholder management, team handling, and hands-on recruitment delivery experience in a staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for client mandates
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and set performance targets
• Client coordination for requirement understanding and delivery planning
• Ensure TAT adherence and quality of shortlisted profiles
• Drive hiring through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, database)
• Track daily/weekly closure metrics and team productivity
• Handle critical and leadership hiring mandates personally
• Build talent pipelines for repeat requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Requirements
• 8–12 years recruitment experience (preferably staffing/consulting firm)
• 4+ years team handling experience
• Strong experience in lateral hiring (Non-IT / IT / BFSI)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment
• Experience handling multiple client accounts
Good to Have
• Experience in Tech and Non-Tech - Leadership hiring
• Experience in RPO or bulk hiring projects
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing capability
