About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead talent acquisition for our sales teams across multiple locations while managing key HR Generalist responsibilities. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hiring sales professionals at various levels and possess the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently while supporting employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Business Development teams across multiple locations.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet business manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Coordinate with business leaders and hiring managers for workforce planning and recruitment priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring pipelines, and closure ratios.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
HR Generalist Responsibilities (20%)
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle HR documentation, employee records, and compliance-related activities.
- Assist in performance management and employee grievance handling.
- Coordinate with payroll and administration teams for HR operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Must have experience working in the Real Estate industry.
- Proven experience in hiring Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel Sales, and Business Development professionals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Proficient in using job portals, ATS platforms, and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Travel Requirement
- Primary work location will be Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
- Candidate should be comfortable traveling occasionally to company offices located in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai based on business requirements.
Preferred Profile
- Candidates currently working with Real Estate Developers, Property Consultants, Real Estate Brokerage Firms, or Real Estate Aggregator Companies.
- Strong network within the real estate talent market.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
