Marketing Recruitment Manager

About the Role

We are hiring for a Recruitment Manager to join Corenza, responsible for hiring within the marketing function for our clients. The candidate can be based in either Mumbai (Remote) or Indore office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process for marketing roles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Source and screen candidates for various marketing positions.
• Maintain knowledge of all roles within the marketing function.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing; or
• At least 3 years of experience in hiring for the marketing function.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of marketing roles and functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in marketing is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment processes and tools.

Pay range and compensation package
