Functional / Technical Skills:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely closure of requirements
- Strong at sourcing Sales professionals of various levels. (Pan India)
- Must possess head hunting and pouching skills.
- Strong knowledge and usage in Job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn etc., and Job posting.
- Ability to design JD.
- Ability to connect with various educational institution for campus hiring.
- Candidate background verification and documents validation.
- Strict adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time) and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Post Recruitment Release offer, Appointment letters etc., Onboarding, Induction, Socialization, Acclimatization etc.,
- Knowledge in psychometric testing tools is added advantage (MBTI, DISC, Thomas Profiling).
