Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Sales/Business / Bulk Hiring
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting (end-to-end recruitment), sourcing, and employment branding
- Team leading experience is mandatory
- Critical stakeholder management is preferred
- Excellent recruitment reporting & dashboarding skills
- Must have managed Bulk/Volume hiring projects
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods and use of social media and job boards with experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools, preferably with experience working on any HRIS tool
