Job Description

Position: Recruitment Lead

Location: Noida Sector 142

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Recruitment Lead who goes beyond traditional hiring to truly understand business needs and build high-impact teams. This role is not just about closing positions, but about shaping talent strategy, driving market intelligence, and coaching a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels, ensuring quality and speed
  • Design and execute hiring strategies using diverse approaches active sourcing, passive talent mapping, headhunting, referrals, campus hiring, and vendor partnerships
  • Deeply understand business roles, team structures, and success metrics to drive effective hiring outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging hiring briefs and bringing market insights
  • Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market research to identify the best talent pools
  • Build strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
  • Coach, mentor, and elevate the recruitment team to move beyond transactional hiring
  • Drive hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience
  • Strengthen employer branding and ensure a best-in-class candidate journey
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes through data, insights, and MIS reporting
  • Establish and streamline recruitment processes, workflows, and best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Strong academic background
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with a reputed recruitment firm or high-growth organization
  • Hands-on expertise across sourcing approaches, active search, passive hiring, headhunting, and market intelligence
  • Strong MIS and reporting skills with the ability to track and improve hiring metrics
  • Ability to set up and optimize recruitment processes from scratch
  • Deep understanding of roles, business context, and team dynamics
  • Strong capability to break down complex requirements into actionable hiring strategies
  • Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, and capability building
  • Expertise in talent mapping, competitor research, and niche hiring
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
