Role Summary-

We are a staffing and recruitment company working with clients across Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and Automotive industries. We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who will manage client account delivery while also being hands-on in sourcing and closing positions for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities-

-Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for client accounts in Semiconductor, Manufacturing, and Automotive domains

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients for hiring requirements and delivery updates

-Understand client workforce needs, role specifications, and hiring timelines

-Perform hands-on sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

-Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates as per client expectations

-Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and candidate onboarding

-Lead, mentor, and support recruiters to ensure timely closures

-Track hiring progress, maintain reports, and ensure delivery SLAs

-Ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence in staffing operations

Required Skills & Experience-

-4+ years of experience in staffing/recruitment, preferably serving Semiconductor, Manufacturing, or Automotive clients

-Strong experience in client account management and delivery ownership

-Proven expertise in hands-on sourcing for technical and niche roles

-Good understanding of industry-specific roles and skill requirements

-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

-Ability to handle multiple client requirements in a fast-paced staffing environment

Preferred-

-Experience in a staffing or recruitment consulting firm

-Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team

-Exposure to contract staffing / permanent hiring models
