About the role:
We are looking for an experienced recruitment & talent acquisition professional with at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a background in oncology hiring.
Job description:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire process of recruitment: making job descriptions, sourcing talent, managing the interview process, offer negotiations, and closure.
- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing channels to find high-quality candidates.
- Market Mapping & Intelligence: Carry out market mapping of key functions & skillsets, and track talent trends within the healthcare space
- Interview Process Design: Develop & improve the interview process and ensure a consistent feedback loop between hiring managers and candidates.
- Offer Management & Negotiation: Ensure effective negotiation, timely offer rollouts, and quality candidate experience
Applicant Criteria:
- Overall 10 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- At least 5 years in the healthcare industry
- Preference for people with prior experience in the oncology sector
Other Details:
- This is an on-site position, working 6 days a week
- Alternate Saturdays off
- The job is based in Thane
