Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Intern, you will manage and be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening relevant profiles, coordinating with hiring managers, candidates to schedule their interviews and do successful candidate joining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Posting: Publishing job posts to receive applicants for active positions
- Sourcing: Identify relevant candidates through Linkedin job posts, Naukri Resdex and Linkedin posts
- Screening:Shortlist relevant candidates CVs and connect on screening calls to evaluate candidates profile, experience and skills to find the fitment for the roles
- Feedback & Coordination:Act as a key point of contact to follow up with clients on the shared profiles feedback and schedule shortlisted candidates interviews
- Candidate Engagement:Engage shortlisted candidates throughout hiring process till their successful joining
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 months of experience with Non-IT recruitment
- 6 months of experience working in a recruitment consultancy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Excellent candidate sourcing and headhunting skills using platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri Resdex
- Meet targets of successful joining
- MBA in HR or a similar educational background from a good and recognized university. (preferred)

- Your experience is limited to fresher or campus hiring
