Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring across IT and/or Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience, strong stakeholder coordination skills, and a passion for delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support

Handle hiring for IT roles (Tech, Product, Engineering) and/or Non-IT roles (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Support)

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre), referrals, social media, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skill fit, culture fit, and compensation alignment

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience

Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines

Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Experience in IT, Non-IT, or mixed hiring environments

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Good understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring SLAs, and TATs

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with ATS and MS Excel/Google Sheets

Exposure to startup, GCC, or corporate hiring

Experience hiring across multiple functions simultaneously

Basic understanding of employment laws and offer structures
