Job Profile:

Understanding Client requirement

Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Job portal, social platforms and professional networks)

Making calls and scheduling candidates for the interview

Regular follow ups with the Candidates and Client / Account Manager

Generating daily line ups

Willing to work as an individual contributor

Desired Candidate Profile:

Male / Female

Graduate / Post Graduate (Appeared candidates can also apply)

Fresher / Experienced

Good verbal and written communication skills

Awareness of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Creative thinker and proactive problem solver

A positive, can do attitude

Other Information:

Work Timings: 10:00am to 7:00pm (Monday to Friday) and Upto 3:30pm (Working Saturdays)

Weekly Offs: Sunday + 2nd and 4th Saturdays

Remuneration:

Full-Time Fresher: Rs. 1,80,000 (Fixed CTC) + Incentives

Full-Time Experienced: upto Rs. 4,00,000 (Fixed CTC) + Incentives

All full-time employees are entitled to PF & ESIC benefits
