Overall Responsibilities:
- Maximize the value of TBS products by taking ownership of the product delivery lifecycle across various entities.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team to ensure successful delivery of new products and features.
- Act as the main point of contact for all functional, technical, operational, and financial matters related to the product.
- Foster strong relationships with CFOs and Treasury Teams of corporate clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Oversee the development and management of the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
Categorywise Technical Skills:
Agile Delivery and Channel Management:
- Expertise in delivering products and services via agile squads for various TBS channels (web, mobile, Host-to-Host, API Banking).
- Knowledge of channel onboarding processes and experience with TBS channels like iGTB, TCS-BANCS, and iCashpro+.
Payments Domain Expertise:
- Proven experience in end-to-end processing of electronic payments across various regions (UAE, KSA, Egypt, India, UK).
- Familiarity with payment processing components, industry-standard formats (SWIFT MT, ISO20022), and relevant regulations (PCI-DSS, Central Bank Regulations).
Product Backlog Management:
- Ability to create and manage a transparent product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in defining and communicating product goals and release plans.
Stakeholder Management:
- Strong skills in identifying and managing stakeholders, facilitating prioritization sessions, and conducting product demos.
- Ability to maintain critical communication channels and gather feedback effectively.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ yearsof experience in the regional banking industry with a specialization in Cash Management products.
- Proven track record of managing TBS channels and delivering agile projects.
- Experience in conducting customer usability testing workshops and training sessions.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct product backlog refinements and prioritization workshops.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Oversee production support for account information and payment services.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including process flow diagrams and risk assessments.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
