Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer letters post-sourcing.
  • Manage onboarding logistics: documentation, background checks, induction, and system access setup.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
  • Support HR operational tasks such as confirmations, employee queries.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Budget is upto 4 LPA.
