Recruitment Coordinator
Years of Expr - 2-5 Years
Location - Pune
Immediate joiners preferred.
1.**Scheduling and Coordination:**
- - Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- - Ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing interview logistics and providing necessary information, should be able to manage 25-30 schedules per day
- Good to have working exposure as a scheduler earlier
2. **Candidate Communication:** -
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance. -
- Assist in the development of communication materials for candidates, such as offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Excellent communication skills
3. **Data Management:**
- - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
- - Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics as needed.
4. **Logistical Support:**
- - Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates, as required. -
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation activities and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
5. **Collaboration:**
- - Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to support overall talent acquisition goals.
- - Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
