Position Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, International Business, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Extensive experience in a recruitment coordination role, with a proven track record in managing international recruitment processes and leading recruitment teams.
Candidates should have min. 4 5 years of experience in the relevant field
Should have knowledge of Job Portals
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent cross cultural communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic understanding of international recruitment practices and employment regulations.
In depth knowledge of international recruitment processes and best practices
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
