We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Recruitment Coordinator to manage and enhance our overseas recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international recruitment coordination, a strong understanding of global talent markets, and the ability to drive recruitment excellence across multiple regions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a deep knowledge of international recruitment practices

Reporting and Analytics

Position Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, International Business, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Extensive experience in a recruitment coordination role, with a proven track record in managing international recruitment processes and leading recruitment teams.

Candidates should have min. 4 5 years of experience in the relevant field

Should have knowledge of Job Portals

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent cross cultural communication and interpersonal abilities

Basic understanding of international recruitment practices and employment regulations.

In depth knowledge of international recruitment processes and best practices

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
