We're hiring Recruitment Consultants (13 years experience) to work closely with client stakeholders at their location (4 days/week) and gain hands-on exposure to real business environments.

You will be working with a large multinational services organization, giving you exposure to structured processes, global stakeholders, and high-impact hiring.

We are a fast-growing executive search firm with 15+ years in the market, founded by an IIT Kanpur alumnus, working across sectors like BFSI, IT Services & Products, Retail, Renewables, and Oil & Gas.

What you'll do

Manage client stakeholders and relationships

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Drive interview coordination & stakeholder alignment

Interact with professionals across industries

Build strong research, consulting, and hiring skills

Who can apply

13 years of experience in recruitment

Experience working at client location (preferred)

Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Self-driven and eager to grow in a consulting environment

Compensation

Fixed: 2.5 3 LPA

Variable: 50K 1 LPA

Total CTC: 3 4 LPA

Work Details

Shift: India Shift (10 AM 7 PM IST)

Work Mode: Client Location (4 days/week) + 1 day remote

Location: Pune Yerwada
