Role Purpose
As a Recruitment Consultant Financial Services & Capital Markets, you will own end-to-end delivery of mid-to-senior mandates across BFSI, fintech, and capital markets. You will operate as a market advisor, not a CV forwarderdriving structured search execution, high-quality candidate assessment, and trusted client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1) Client & Mandate Ownership
Lead role scoping discussions: clarify outcomes, mandate objectives, target institutions, and compensation be
nchmarks.
Design and execute structured search strategies (competitor mapping, outreach plan, positioning narrative).
Manage full lifecycle: longlist shortlist interviews references offer joining.
Provide weekly status updates and market intelligence to clients.
2) Talent Mapping, Sourcing & Assessment (BFSI / Capital
Markets)
Build and maintain active talent maps across:
Banking & Fintech leadership
Capital markets (trading, treasury, derivatives, research, ops)
Risk, compliance & governance
Technology & digital transformation roles within BFSI
Source via multi-channel strategy: referrals, competitor mapping, industry networks, structured headhunting.
Conduct structured evaluation conversations covering:
Leadership scope and metrics
Regulatory exposure and domain depth
Stakeholder maturity
Compensation logic and mobility
Present sharp, evidence-backed candidate summaries with clear strengths, risks, and cultural alignment.
3) Process Excellence & Market Advisory
Maintain disciplined documentation and search
tracking.
Deliver structured comparison matrices and shortlist evaluation notes.
Provide compensation trends, talent availability insights, and competitive intelligence.
Ensure strict confidentiality and data discipline across mandates.

Ideal Candidate
28+ years in executive search / recruitment with exposure to BFSI or capital
markets.
Strong understanding of financial services roles and org structures.
High ownership, commercial maturity, and structured communication.
Ability to balance pace with quality.
