The In-House Practice Group at Vahura is looking for a Senior Associate - Recruiter (PQE: 4 - 5 Years) for Vahura's Mumbai office.

Candidates based out of Mumbai will be prefered.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team that values ownership, speed, and quality - while recruiting for some of the most respected names in the industry.

The primary focus of this role will be in-house recruitment at the mid-to-senior level across the Pan-India region.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, assessing, shortlisting, and sharing candidate profiles with clients, along with interview coordination and offer negotiation.

Additionally, you will be expected to network and meet with professionals, including both candidates and clients, and actively engage with mid- to senior-level candidates in this space. The role also involves managing a team.

Experience in the legal recruitment field is preferable, however we are open to explore dedicated candidates who have significant recruitment work in different sectors and Lawyers interested in transitioning their careers into legal recruitment and talent advisory roles.
