This is a full-time remote intern role for a Recruitment Consultant. The intern will help facilitate the recruitment process, including identifying and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and consulting with hiring teams to meet organizational staffing objectives. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining candidate records, assisting with the onboarding process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

• Knowledge and skills in Graduate Recruitment, Recruiting, and talent sourcing
• Experience in Consulting and providing recommendations on recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidate qualifications
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and meet deadlines consistently
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment tasks
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus
