This is a full-time remote role as a Recruitment Consultant - Paid Intern at Identicube. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align recruitment strategies with the company's needs. The role will also involve assisting in optimizing recruitment processes and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

• Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills, with an ability to identify and attract top talent
• Consulting and Interviewing experience to assess candidate qualifications and fit effectively
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear and professional interactions with candidates and team members
• Ability to adapt to remote work and use digital tools for recruitment and collaboration
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
