Position: HR Executive/Recruiter

Exp: 1-4 years

Notice Period: upto 30 days

Job Responsibilities:

Understand and learn the details of each job order and its requirements

Identify candidates utilizing various sources available resume database, employment web sites,

referrals, own network. LinkedIn, etc.

Conduct preliminary interview to qualify the candidate -assess technical skill level, communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in Recruitment in IT and Non It recruitment

Experience working with multiple industries.

Excellent English communication skills

Detailed and process oriented

Willing to learn and focused on improvement
