About the Company

A global media company is scaling its India operations and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a recruitment consultant to drive its hiring as the team grows. You will own the search end to end and shape who joins a brand with global reach. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full hiring cycle, from understanding a role to closing the right candidate, and advise hiring managers on how to attract the talent they need.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening

• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and define requirements
• Source candidates across job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates against the brief

Process & Closing

• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout
• Manage offers, negotiation, and a smooth path to joining
• Track pipeline and hiring metrics and report on progress

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-management skills
• Confident advising hiring managers and closing candidates
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience hiring across functions or for a high-growth team
• Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Exposure to media, creative, or technology hiring
