Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels and functions.
- Lead high-volume graduate recruitment and Graduate Assessment Centres.
- Implement direct sourcing strategies and headhunting initiatives to attract top talent while minimizing hiring costs.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with business requirements and FNZ's standards of excellence.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, including cost per hire, time to fill, and source of hire.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within the in-house recruitment system.
Employer Branding & University Relations
- Build and strengthen FNZ's employment brand across the APAC market.
- Represent FNZ at university career fairs and external recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key universities and academic partners to support long-term talent pipelines.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior business leaders, providing insights on talent availability, market conditions, and compensation trends.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure best-in-class candidates.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with global recruitment and HR teams to promote best practices and consistency across regions.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Produce and present recruitment KPIs and analytics to leadership.
- Support global HR and recruitment initiatives as required, contributing to FNZ's strategic people agenda.
Experience & Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner, ideally within an in-house recruitment model.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technology and finance functions.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and consult effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment cycles.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience recruiting within the IT or financial services sector.
- Prior exposure to employer branding and university engagement initiatives.
