Recruitment Activity Representative

Location: Bangalore, India

Flexible, paid-per-assignment contract role

Based in Bangalore, you will oversee and deliver local recruitment activities, acting as a key representative for INTO and its partner universities. You will engage directly with prospective students, parents, education agents, and schools, ensuring accurate information and a positive student-first experience at every interaction.

This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to contribute local market insights that help shape regional recruitment strategies and future planning.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a local ambassador for INTO and its partner universities
  • Represent INTO at student recruitment fairs, school visits, and in-person events
  • Engage with prospective students, parents, and education agents, answering questions and providing accurate guidance
  • Capture and manage student leads using INTO's lead capture platform
  • Complete post-activity reporting, including attendance, key questions, and market trends.
  • Share local market insights and feedback to inform recruitment strategy
  • Ensure all activities align with INTO's student-first approach and messaging
  • Travel within India may be required, and occasional weekend work may be necessary to support recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Passionate about international education
  • Experienced in student engagement, education counselling, or recruitment support
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, people-facing environments
  • Well-organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple activities
  • Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset
