Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 68 IT recruiters.
- Provide continuous training, guidance, and motivation to improve recruiter performance.
- Monitor daily activities, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure achievement of monthly KRAs and hiring targets.
Recruitment & Delivery
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and contract-to-hire positions.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
- Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and joining process.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding hiring requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline status, and delivery reports.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Ensure quality submissions and maintain high closure ratios.
- Identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment efficiency.
