Job Description

  • 8 years of overall IT recruitment experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Team Lead role in IT staffing.

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of 68 IT recruiters in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT technology hiring, particularly in contract and contract-to-hire staffing models, and should be capable of driving team performance, ensuring delivery, and meeting monthly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 68 IT recruiters.
  • Provide continuous training, guidance, and motivation to improve recruiter performance.
  • Monitor daily activities, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly KRAs and hiring targets.

Recruitment & Delivery

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and contract-to-hire positions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
  • Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and joining process.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding hiring requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline status, and delivery reports.

Process & Quality Improvement

  • Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
  • Ensure quality submissions and maintain high closure ratios.
  • Identify new sourcing channels and improve recruitment efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment within contract and contract-to-hire staffing environments.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles across various domains.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and drive team performance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
