Title: Team Lead - Life Science/Pharma

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift: CST

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead with proven experience managing account and leading recruitment efforts within the Pharma / Life Sciences domain. This individual will mentor and guide a team of recruiters, drive fulfillment across critical scientific and regulated roles, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and understands the unique complexities of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Life Sciences staffing.

Requirements:

• 35+ years of recruiting experience in US Staffing, specifically within Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences environments.
• 23+ years of team leadership or lead recruiter experience, with demonstrated success in managing recruiter performance and delivery.
• Strong experience recruiting for roles such as Clinical Research Associates, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Validation, R&D, Pharmacovigilance, and related positions.
• Solid understanding of FDA, GMP, GxP, and other regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities, SLAs, and high-volume requisitions effectively.
