This is an on-site internship role for a Recruiting Intern, based in Bengaluru. The Recruiting Intern will assist in recruitment processes, including identifying potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. They will collaborate with the recruitment team, assist in training coordination, and maintain candidate databases. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process and support other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

• Experience or interest in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Ability to conduct effective Interviewing and Training sessions
• Strong Communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools or databases is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a dynamic workplace
