This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Intern based in Bengaluru. The Recruiting Intern will support the recruitment process by assisting in hiring, conducting interviews, and screening candidates. The role also involves collaborating with team members to identify staffing needs, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining candidate databases. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment activities and training initiatives.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Communication
• Ability to assist in Training and onboarding of new hires
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
