This is a full-time, on-site Recruiting Intern role based in Pune. The Recruiting Intern will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The intern will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and contribute to training and onboarding new hires. This role provides a hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting to source and select top talent
• Experience in Interviewing and evaluating candidates for various roles
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to assist with Training and onboarding of new hires
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment platforms is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
