We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates. This internship will provide hands-on experience in the recruitment process and exposure to hiring in engineering and technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
- Support the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Assist in job posting and database management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good MS Excel and documentation skills.
Education
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR) pursuing or completed.
