Recruiting Intern

This is a remote internship role for a Recruiting Intern at CS FOR ALL. The Recruiting Intern will support the recruitment and hiring process by identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding and training initiatives. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with candidates and contributing to improvements in the overall recruitment process to ensure alignment with CS FOR ALL's mission and values.

• Familiarity with Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in Training and facilitation
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and remote environment
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
• Passion for education and commitment to equity in computer science learning is a plus
• Relevant coursework or experience in human resources, education, or a related field
