Are you a hands-on CRM architect who can design, build, and lead enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 implementations We at Aegis Global are recruiting for a Senior Dynamics CRM Architect with deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise, strong leadership skills, and the drive to take ownership and deliver results.

This is a remote role that demands a senior, self-driven professional, Having sense of responsibility, Strong sense of discipline capable of independently handling end-to-end CRM architecture and managing a remote team of 15+ developers and consultants.

What You'll Do :

> Architect, design, and implement large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

> Take full ownership of solution delivery from architecture, hands-on coding, testing, and deployment.

> Lead a distributed team of 15+ remote resources across time zones, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

> Engage with global clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust CRM solutions.

> Design and implement secure, scalable integration with third-party systems and Microsoft stack (Azure, Power Platform).

> Manage ALM lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and performance tuning.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

> 10+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE architecture, development, and customization.

> Expertise across key modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing.

> Strong command of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Experience in:

> Developing Plug-ins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources

Web API, FetchXML, OData, LINQ

> Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)

> Data migration

> DevOps setup and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

> Managing Managed/Unmanaged solutions and complex ALM scenarios

> Deep understanding of Dynamics security model, environment management, and deployment best practices.

Soft Skills & Leadership :

Self-disciplined with a go-getter mindset able to lead from the front and deliver without supervision.

Proven track record of leading large remote CRM teams (15+ members).

Strong stakeholder communication and project leadership skills.

Comfortable managing ambiguity, priorities, and fast-moving delivery timelines.

Analytical, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
