We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our US Staffing team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions in the US staffing sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand hiring needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on candidates and recruitment processes.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in US staffing or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and networking strategies.
