We are looking for High energy & Proactive Recruiter with 1- 3 years experience to join us immediately

If you have experience working in an Placement agency /Recruitment Consultant

1. The Recruiter is responsible for Screening and shortlisting candidates to meet client hiring needs.
2. Meeting daily targets of CV replacement/ ready to share with Client/CRM team
3. The role involves understanding job requirements
4. Managing candidate communication
5. Ensuring timely closures of positions and meeting revenue targets.
6. The Recruiter also maintains candidate databases, provides regular updates to CRM Team /operations,
7. Supports end-to-end hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
