Role Description As a Recruiter at WE-Matter, you will manage full-cycle recruitment activities to support the organization's growth and talent needs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and design effective assessment processes. The role includes managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with applicants, and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, track recruitment metrics, and continuously refine hiring strategies in alignment with WE-Matter's engagement and performance-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Experience building talent pipelines through job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand role requirements and design fair, structured selection processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a focus on candidate experience.
• Comfort with using recruitment and HR technologies, applicant tracking systems, and basic data analytics for hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of modern HR practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and ethical hiring standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist is preferred.
• Interest in engagement, culture, and performance transformation; experience in consulting or high-growth environments is an advantage.
